Dream Discoveries Training Services inspires people to realize their true potential by examining the power they have within themselves - to make decisions with clarity and ease, to manage stress and to strengthen and communicate their skills. Through workshops or individual consultation, clients examine their values, night time dreams, goals and personality.
About Jennifer Holmes:
In 1999, Jennifer moved to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan to seek a lifestyle more congruent to her needs. She established Career Strengths Consulting in November that year. She specialized in career planning and job search advice. After a series of powerful dreams, exploration of her creativity, and other influential events, Career Strengths Consulting evolved into Dream Discoveries Training Services with new services added in 2005.
The mission for Dream Discoveries Training Services is to help people understand and honour the power from within, to bring it to the surface so others can experience and respond to one’s true self.
The tiger is a powerful symbol for many people and here it represents one’s personal power and strength. It is what is shown to others if you are being truthful and taking care of your own needs. The world represents the world within oneself. |
Jennifer shares her own personal journey in her workshops
and public speaking engagements. For many years she put
the needs of others before her own and struggled to be understood and
heard by her colleagues, friends and even family. She
failed to honour her strengths and personality. That began
to change when she chose to return to school after 14 years
of ill suited jobs. She graduated in 1997 with honours from
George Brown College’s Career and Work Counsellor Programme
in Toronto, Ontario.
